Our products are made by our skilled + trusted manufacturers in China. We have developed close relationships with our factories for years and they are the best in the business! Check out our Give Back page to read more about our passion for Social Responsibility.

2. Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! Not only do we use a premium quality vegan leather, but we also make sure our packaging does not contain any plastic. Since we live in Los Angeles, we know how harmful plastic and non-recycled materials can be for our oceans. Fun fact- Our packaging can also be reused as a shoe bag for travel!

3. How do I find out about new product launches?

If you sign up for our email list (at the bottom of every page), you will be the first to know about all our future product launches!

4. Do you offer a warranty for your products?

We currently do not offer exchanges, but here is what we recommend: Go ahead and place a new order for the bag of your choice, and fill out our returns form to send the other product back.

6. How do I keep my bag fresh and clean?

We hope you love our bags as much as we do! We want it to last you forever (and ever). Our vegan leather responds really well to a clean, damp cloth mixed with mild soap and warm water. Then, dry with a soft cloth. Another tip? Keep your bag out of direct sunlight or heat for extended periods of time!

1. When will my item ship?

Due to COVID we are experiencing slightly slower order processing times. Orders placed (Monday through Friday) will ship within 3-5 days. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally. But sign up to get email updates so we can let you know when we do!

3. How fast will my package ship?

We ship our products to you by UPS Ground, which is usually around 1-5 days, depending on your location.

4. How do I track my order?

When you purchase an item, you will receive a confirmation email that the order has been placed. When the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will then receive a follow up email with your tracking number.

4. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Because we ship through UPS, we unfortunately cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
