Budgeting, Finances, Investing… these are just a few words that tend to be triggering for many people, especially women. The truth is, it can be intimidating to get a handle on your finances and budgeting. Beyond a lack of education on the subject matter, finances also tend to be very personal for many people. Your relationship with money and how you spend it is often deeply tied to your background, family history and upbringing. Whatever your relationship with money is, there is one thing we can say for sure: There is not one single, magic formula for successful budgeting. The key is to find what works for you and what feels the most manageable.

We don’t know about you, but traveling can seriously throw us off of our routine, leaving us feeling disheveled, and exhausted (and looking like it). Normal skin care- who has the space or time for that?! Sleep and wellness- first thing out the window on those hectic trips. When you’re off sipping Pina Coladas in Saint Lucia, touring the Louvre in Paris, or better yet, visiting loved ones for the holidays, there simply isn’t space to be feeling anything less than your best self. But we know this can be tough when you run over to target at the last minute to pick up a few generic travel items to keep you afloat. Or when you go online and simply don’t know what to purchase.
So we decided it’s time to stop compromising, and find some travel friendly products that will make you feel right at home. And what better place to shop than Amazon, where even the most last minute packer can get stuff delivered to their door.

Three Self-Care Routines that will Seriously Upgrade your Life
Chances are you’ve heard or said the phrase “self-care” at least once over the past few weeks. While it might be a trendy buzzword at the moment, the reality is, the payoff for actually practicing it, makes it SO worth all the eye-rolls you might be getting (or giving) when it comes up in conversation. The challenge comes with actually making the time. That is truly 90% of the battle. Trust us, we get it. Life is busy, there’s not enough time in the day, between work, your relationships, and taking care of others, it can be difficult to put yourself first. But, before you think, I have zero time for myself, repeat this: Self-care is not selfish. The truth is, when you put your best foot forward, and truly prioritize yourself, everybody wins.
